What are your opening hours?

9:00 to 17:00

How do I purchase from you?

Bowron UK are a wholesale business. To purchase from us, you will be need register your company details. Simply complete our registration form online and, once completed, the submission will be picked up and verified by our team. You will then receive an email to notify that you are able to purchase online.

Do you supply countries outside of the UK?

Yes, we do, but we will need to provide a bespoke quote for transport depending on the volume and destination. Please get in touch with our team (sales@colomer.co.uk) for further information.

Is VAT included in the prices I see online?

Products are displayed exclusive of VAT, with the total including VAT being added onto your basket in the checkout section.

Is there a minimum order quantity requirement?

There are different MOQ’s for different product types. These are displayed on the individual product pages (5 single rugs, etc. etc..).

How long does it take for delivery?

All bulk orders are packed in boxes.

UK Mainland – up to 5 boxes via DPD next day deliver. 6 boxes will be palletised and sent via Palletways Economy 3 day delivery.

Europe – boxes are sent via UPS and pallets via pallet delivery. Quotes are provided upon ordering

Ireland – boxes are sent via UPS and pallets via Countrywide Freight. Quotes are provided upon ordering

Do you have a returns policy?

What certifications do your products have?

OEKO-TEX and Wool Mark certification, together with the Reach regulation.

Do you provide dropshipping services?

I order in large quantities can you supply by container load?
